I am Landon Jones; born in Nashville, TN, raised in Waco, Texas. I am a certified strength coach and have a bachelors in Business Administration and Associates in Business Management. My pedigree begins with my father Lenoy Jones who is a 7 year NFL Vet. My older brother, Lenoy Jones II played at Baylor University. I am a former collegiate athlete myself, who played at Southwestern Assemblies of God University, where I received national recognition as an All-American Linebacker in the NAIA in 2018 and 1st team all conference honors for the 2018 and 2019 season. I have an extensive background in the sports industry and I want to use my knowledge to build athletes; who are mentally strong, physically prepared and have the will to keep going in the face of adversity. I train to challenge my athletes each session, exercise, set, repetition; in order to promote growth. Training is based on improving coordination, balance, running/jumping/landing mechanics and building baseline strength through strength training
Group Training

Training is based on strength & conditioning principles aimed at improving an athletes overall speed, power, strength and agility for their respective sport.

Training is based on strength & conditioning principles aimed at improving balance, coordination, speed, agility and strength utilizing the basics and fundamentals.
