My name is Landon Jones, born in Nashville, TN, and raised in the great state of Texas. As a former collegiate athlete and having a bachelors in Business Administration and Associates in Business Management, I have decided to start my own business in personal training. As having a father who played in the NFL and all my siblings playing sports at the collegiate level, I have a lot of experience in the sports and fitness world. As a former athlete at Southwestern Assemblies of God, I received national recognition as an All-American Linebacker in the NAIA division in 2018. I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Previously working with the Crunch Franchise, I held being the top performer within my Crunch Franchise group and ranked #6 trainer across Crunch Fitness nationally. I am well versed in the training field as my goal is to make people a better version of themselves through the physical stresses of the weight room where we test your physical abilities as well as your mentality. YOUTH TRAINING
8 -11 Youth Training

The goal is to help the child develop as a youth athlete through the use of speed mechanics, agility drills and bodyweight training to help develop their speed, strength and agility for any sport.

It’ll help prepare kids to be successful at their sport. It is important to create the habit now of proper mechanics than working on it later where your child could be behind in speed, strength and agility development as well as coordination.
12-18 Youth Training

The goal is to learn proper weightlifting technique and skill development for the sport. After development from a speed agility and coordination aspect is obtained a transition to skill development and resistance training begin.

The overall goal is to help develop the child into a complete athlete by time they transition into collegiate sports from a speed, skill, and conditioning aspect. I aim to create complete athletes and competitors one kid at a time.
